POLL: Performance Reviews and Staff Evaluations

I was just thinking the other day about not have a real performance review in my whole adult life. There have been wonderful guiding conversations, some painful guiding conversations and so much coaching in the day to day of ministry. But I’ve never really had a “formal performance review” that was attached to any kind of promotion, praise or raise. How about you? Vote now!
