POLL: Average Youth Ministry Tenure

I was speaking this week at Youth Pastor Summit and talked to a few youth workers about the supposed 16-18 month turnover of youth workers at any given church. And while I’ve heard many stories of youth workers in situations like that, I also know a ton of veteran youth workers that have been in their church for years and years. So I thought a super informal poll to get the pulse of the youth ministry blog audience was in order. Vote now!
