The followers of Jesus were gathered…they were greeted with the report, “The Lord has really risen! He appeared to Peter!” (Luke 24: 34)

Jesus kept his word. He defeated death. He makes life available.

May we celebrate the risen Lord every day!

May we make a big deal of the resurrection every day!

May we pause to praise God for his power over death every day!

May we rely on his truth—He is who he says he is…every day!
