In just a couple of weeks, we’re hosting The Gathering here at Saddleback. It’s actually where I got best connected to the concepts of PDYM before coming on staff. Basically we host 40-50 youth workers from across the country for 3 days and talk youth ministry, more specifically PDYM. during the course of the week and brainstorming sessions, we make sure the invited really “get it” and then extend an opportunity for many of them become a state mentor to help other youth workers launch, develop or mature their ministry in Purpose Driven concepts. Should be fun!
