Computer or TV? Computer (Mac for sure!)
How old were you when you first felt called to ministry? Sophomore year in college
Would you rather kick a puppy or make a baby cry? Babies get over it…
What’s a recent EPIC youth ministry mistake? Saying, “Oh, sure 16-yr-old guy with 5 friends, you can drive behind our buses to the amusement park. Your mom told you it was okay? Good enough for me!”
Have you ever left a kid on an event/camp/retreat/missions trip/etc.? Have you ever wanted to? Only when they got lost. Just sayin’…
What do you enjoy doing outside of youth ministry? Snow skiing, motorcycles, fly fishing
Are you a good dancer? Only if you appreciate uncoordinated hip sways
What color shoes are you wearing? Fleshtone (Chacos rule!)
What’s the worst injury that’s happened on one of your event/camp/retreat/missions trip/etc.? Broken rib while racing middle schoolers on a NC ski slope – that darn grass!
What’s your position on infant baptism? Just kidding, nobody cares.
On a scale of 1 to 10, how much do you hate ALL NIGHTERS? (1 = stab me in the eye and 10 = stab me in the eye with a spoon). Oi. Definitely a 10 unless I get to be the one making out in the back with my wife (ewwwww!).
How good are you at keeping receipts? Does your church administrator love or hate you? They love me of course. I’ve been doing this long enough to know who the REAL people are that you need to keep happy! 🙂
What would you do if you could be invisible for one day? Sleep. In a park.

What is one of your irrational fears? Heights – which causes problems with the whole skiing thing
What is your favorite lunch meat? I’m in the south – gotta be BBQ!
